Phthalate Plasticizer Based Pigment Dispersions

100% solids pigment dispersions based on dipropylheptyl phthalate (DPHP) as the primary plasticizer.  Qualities of this line include excellent stability, low viscosity, and a limitless color range.  For non-phthalate applications we recommend our VPU product line.

VC – Adhesives

This line is designed for easy introduction into solvent borne, moisture cure, and two component adhesive and caulk systems.  Since VC is non-reactive it can be used to color both the “A” and “B” side of two component systems.

VC – Plastics

Many current customers use the VC series pigment dispersions to color plastisol coated fabrics, calendered films, dip molding, and other various flexible PVC compounds.  Non-pigmented additive dispersions such as blowing agents, flame retardants, and stabilizers are also available.

VC – Coatings

The VC line also finds use in polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) based coatings.  The excellent stability and virtually limitless color range lends its use to architectural applications like roofing, traffic, and bridge coatings.  The VC line is also used for cast acrylic applications such as tubs, showers, and sanitary fixtures.
