COS-CO - CASTOR OIL BASED COSMETIC GRADE PIGMENT DISPERSION
A set of cosmetic-grade pigment dispersions in USP grade castor oil that are widely compatible in the oil-phase. The dispersions are highly loaded and dispersed to a fine particle size, resulting in color cosmetics formulations that are consistent, opaque, and go on smoothly. All ingredients used in the COS-CO product line have applicable safety data and can be used in color cosmetics within the confines of regional cosmetics regulations. COS-CO is non-nano, prop 65 compliant, and free from: phthalates, formaldehyde, allergens, CMR, and solvent.

CitroSperse™ - Pigment Dispersions in sustainable silicone alternative
American Colors has partnered with P2 Science to bring the CitroSperse™ liquid colorant line to the cosmetics and personal care market. CitroSperse™ is an innovative line of cosmetic-grade pigments dispersed in polycitronellol that provides advantages over traditional castor oil based pigment dispersions while leveraging the natural emollient properties of P2 Science’s silicone alternatives. Core pigments used in foundation and skin care, lip products, and eye makeup are available in the CitroSperse™ product line. Specifically formulated to maximize naturally-derived content, these colorants have ISO 16128 NOI upwards of 1, depending on the color selection required.
