EH – 100% SOLIDS EPOXY BASED PIGMENT DISPERSION

Pigment dispersion based on 100% solids epoxy resin with an epoxide equivalent weight of 190-208.  EH can be used to color the “A” side of two component epoxy adhesives.  Most colors are of pourable viscosity and are specifically formulated to protect against viscosity build for improved shelf life.  For “B” side colorants we recommend our RN, VC, and VPU product lines. This is also used to color 100% solids and solvent-based floor finishes, industrial paints, and protective coatings. These products are designed to minimize flood and float in a variety of coatings formulations. EH is also the product of choice for liquid cast epoxy parts, thermoset composites, and pultrusion. A full range of shades is available, including custom matched colors.

WWT – WATER-BASED, RESIN FREE, LOW VOC PIGMENT DISPERSION

A resin-free aqueous pigment dispersion with zero VOC.  A proprietary additive package allows WWT to be compatible in systems where typical resins cannot function. This versatile product is used in water-based adhesives, caulking compounds, integral concrete, and industrial and architectural coatings. A full color range is available.

leaf 5.png

VAH – PHTHALATE-FREE PLASTICIZER BASED PIGMENT DISPERSION

A 100% solids phthalate-free plasticizer based pigment dispersion.  This low viscosity product line is designed for easy introduction into solvent-based, moisture cure, and two component adhesive and caulk systems, and low-cost industrial and architectural coatings.  Since VAH is non-reactive it can be used to color both the “A” and “B” side of two component systems.

leaf 2.png

VC – PHTHALATE PLASTICIZER BASED PIGMENT DISPERSION

A 100% solids pigment dispersion based on dipropylheptyl phthalate (DPHP) as the primary plasticizer.  This low viscosity product line is designed for easy introduction into solvent-based, moisture cure, and two component adhesive and caulk systems.  Since VC is non-reactive, it can be used to color both the “A” and “B” side of two component systems.  This non-reactive, low viscosity product line finds use in urethane and polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) based coatings, plastisol coated fabrics and calendered films.  Current customers also use the VC series pigment dispersions for dip molding, cast urethanes and other flexible PVC compounds.  A full range of shades is available, including custom matched colors.  For non-phthalate applications we recommend our VPU or VAH product lines.
